I know it will be a journey to get to a place where we can be physically together and we don’t know when or if thats coming. So this ones also just an ode to being here and now. Being in this configuration, being present with the current interface of our relationship — a lot of it meditated through our phones. While I ofc want to be laying on top of you right now and hugging you every day, I also think there is a sweetness to this digital way of being together, the giddiness when I see you pop up on my phone. Calling in these little pockets we get: your company as I cook, my company as you drive, narrating our adventures in different cities. I hope we are together soon, and until then, I’ll just keep calling you back.
